Katie Fincher is a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist, Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She graduated from East Carolina University with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy and completed her Women’s and Pelvic Health Residency at Duke University. She has a passion for those with pelvic health conditions and enjoys treating both men and women. Anyone experiencing urinary incontinence, urinary urgency and frequency, fecal incontinence, constipation, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic floor disorders, pain during pregnancy or postpartum and much more can benefit from working with Katie.
Katie is also a Certified Lymphedema Therapist and treats patients who have lymphedema as a result of oncology treatments or chronic genetic or vascular conditions. She was raised in Wake Forest, North Carolina for most of her life. She grew up playing basketball and played at the collegiate level for Anderson University. She enjoys lifting weights, playing with her two golden retriever pups, line dancing and spending time in her church community. Katie is so excited to join the Bladder Coach and to provide top-notch expert services for the residents of South Carolina!
Katie is currently working with women living in South Carolina to become the strongest and most confident they can be.
